  8. many dented helms, maces, clubs, and knobbed cudgels that were used in
  9. famous battles throughout the history of the church of St. Cuthbert.  There
  10. are openings on the western wall, to the northwest, and southwest.  On the
  11. eastern wall, there are two doors, one to the notheast, and the other to the
  12. southeast.  Along the hallway, on both the northern and southern wall, there
  13. are penants of victories in battle.
